The Post Bird NPC floats in a heart-shaped hot air balloon, just left of the Big Boss NPC in the Valentine’s Event area north of the Forgotten Deep Dome, clearly marked by a sign in the sea.

To start the Post Bird questline:

1. Head straight from the spawn area toward the Forgotten Deep Dome.
2. Look for the Valentine’s Event sign in the ocean and dive in.
3. Find the heart-shaped balloon Post Bird is inside it, left of Big Boss.
4. Interact with Post Bird and select the option to take on a delivery job.
5. Equip the Love Letter from your item bar, then walk up to the target NPC and talk to them.
