The Furnisher is located on Sunstone Island, northeast of Moosewood (past Haddock Rock). Once you land on the island, head toward the central dock area where the regular Merchant and Shipwright NPCs are. The Furnisher should be visible nearby — look for the NPC with furniture-related dialogue.
