Sovereign Enchantments are a brand-new tier of rod enchant that occupy both the primary and secondary enchant slots simultaneously. That means no stacking them with regular, Exalted, or Twisted enchants, but they can stack with Affixes. There are currently 9 Sovereign Enchantments split into three categories: Crown, Spirit, and Might.

The Sovereign Relic is the key item needed to trigger the Keeper’s Ritual. Here’s how to farm them:
Pro Tip: Sovereign Weather events are more likely to trigger after using the Keeper’s Altar. The more you enchant, the more events you’ll see.

Before using a Sovereign Relic, you need Keeper Level 1 — earned by completing Keeper Warden quests inside the Sovereignty Mines.
You can add extra relics to more pillars (Exalted, Cosmic, Twisted, Limited) depending on your Keeper Level to unlock Affixes on top of the base enchant.
Each enchant type has a 1/3 (~33%) chance per category. If your rod already has one of that type, the chance improves to 1/2 (50%).
Crown Enchantments (use Enchant Relic in pillar):
Spirit Enchantments (use Exalted Relic in pillar):
Might Enchantments (use Cosmic Relic in pillar):

There are 9 total, three each in the Crown, Spirit, and Might categories, each rolled at a 1/3 chance per category.
No. They take up both primary and secondary slots. However, they do stack with Affixes gained from extra pillar relics.
Propensity Spirit is widely considered top-tier because it gives a 15% chance to add the Sovereign mutation (8.5× sell value) to caught fish, massively boosting your coin income.
Fish in the Enchanted Crevice, use relics at the altar, land perfect catches, or wait for Sovereign Weather events to restore power.
Complete repeatable Keeper Warden tasks inside the Sovereignty Mines, they’re the fastest consistent source of Keeper XP in the current meta.
