If you’re trying to squeeze every bit of power out of your accessories in Sailor Piece, enchanting is the system you need to master. It directly boosts your damage, defense, and damage reduction stats — and with the April 2026 Huge Update raising the cap to E10, there’s more room than ever to power up.
Here’s a quick overview before we dive in:
| Key Detail | Info |
|---|---|
| Enchant NPC Location | Shibuya Station Island |
| Max Enchant Level | E10 |
| Stats Per Enchant | +5% DEF, +4% DMG, +2% DMG Reduction |
| Base Success Rate | 100% (E1), decreasing at higher levels |
| Failed Attempt Penalty | Materials lost, +10% success rate next try |
Enchanting upgrades your accessories one level at a time, from E1 all the way to E10. Each successful enchant adds +5% defense, +4% damage, and +2% damage reduction to that accessory.
The catch? Enchanting isn’t guaranteed to succeed. Starting around E2, there’s a chance of failure. When you fail, the required materials are consumed — but your success rate for the next attempt increases by 10%. You also need duplicate copies of the same accessory at higher levels, so never delete spare accessories.
From E7 onward, you’ll need Diamonds, which are among the rarest materials in the game. Plan your farming accordingly before pushing to max enchant.
If materials are missing, they’ll appear highlighted in red and the Enchant button will be locked.
| Material | Rarity | Drop Source | Drop Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wood | Common | Any enemy | 5–7% |
| Iron | Uncommon | Jungle Island+ enemies | 2–4% |
| Obsidian | Epic | Desert Island+ enemies | 1–2% |
| Mythril | Legendary | Desert Island+ enemies | 0.5–1.5% |
| Adamantite | Mythical | Shibuya, Snow, Hollow Island enemies | 0.125–0.225% |
| Diamond | Ultra Rare | High-level mobs | Very low |
You can also obtain Mythril, Obsidian, and Diamond through player trading if farming feels too slow.
Each accessory has different material costs, but here’s the general pattern for a mid-tier accessory like the Holy Armor:
| Level | Key Materials | Success Rate |
|---|---|---|
| E0 → E1 | 30 Wood, 10 Iron, 2 Obsidian, 1x Accessory | 100% |
| E1 → E2 | 45 Wood, 15 Iron, 5 Obsidian, 1x Accessory | 80% |
| E2 → E3 | 5 Mythril, 75 Wood, 20 Iron, 10 Obsidian, 1x Accessory | 70% |
| E3 → E4 | 5 Mythril, 85 Wood, 25 Iron, 15 Obsidian, 2x Accessory | 70% |
| E7–E10 | Diamonds required + Adamantite + Mythril | 50% or lower |
Note: Exact costs vary per accessory rarity. Always check the NPC menu for your specific item before farming.
Not all accessories deserve your rarest materials. Here’s how to prioritize smartly:
Top accessories worth pushing to high enchants include the Manipulator Outfit, Maiden Outfit, and the newer Atomic Outfit (added in the March 2026 Massive Update).

Your materials are consumed, but the accessory is safe. Each failed attempt adds +10% success rate to your next try.
Yes, higher enchant levels require 2–3 copies of the same accessory in addition to crafting materials.
No. Diamonds are only needed starting at E7. Levels E1–E6 use Wood, Iron, Obsidian, Mythril, and Adamantite only.
