The Seraph Egg is the rarest Ethereal egg in Ride a Pet, and it hatches the Seraphim — currently the strongest pet in the game with a 1T base speed. You can’t buy it or find it lying around the map. To get it, you must collect three Cherub Eggs, fly up to the hidden Heaven Area, place the eggs on the celestial platform, and sanctify them at the Seraph Egg Nest by holding E.
I’ve run this ritual several times since the Heaven Update arrived in November 2026, and a clean run takes under 15 minutes once you know where Cherubs spawn. Everything below is verified in the live game and the developer’s own update notes. Here’s my exact method, plus the mistakes that cost me my first two attempts.
| Quick Facts | Details |
|---|---|
| Rarity | Ethereal |
| Base Luck | 3T |
| Hatches | Seraphim (1T Base Speed) |
| Hatch Time | 5 Days |
| Requirements | 3 Cherub Eggs + any flying pet |
Get three things ready before you attempt the ritual. First, collect three Cherub Eggs — any size works, so don’t waste time hatching jumbo versions. The Cherub Egg is an Ethereal-rarity egg with a 1T base luck value, and a server-wide announcement fires the moment one spawns, so keep your game volume on at all times.
Second, you need a flying pet. Phoenix and Mantis both work, but I always ride the Dragon; its 300M base speed makes both the climb to Heaven and the egg-return sprint painless. Third, grab an Eternal Radar from the gear shop if you can afford it. It isn’t mandatory, but it pings distant egg spawns so you reach Cherubs before other players in your server do.
Once your three Cherub Eggs are secured, follow these steps in order:
Cherub Eggs share every spawn point with Blackhole Eggs, and spawns rotate, so sweep these four zones after each server announcement (my full route is in our Cherub and Blackhole Egg locations guide):
| Zone | Exact Spawn Spots |
|---|---|
| Giant Tree | Behind the Sell Shop — inside the tree-top tavern, on the branches, behind the trunk, and on nearby hill ridges |
| Waterfall | Behind the Track Shop, follow the river upstream — trees beside the falls, right side of the cave, and the left-side cliffs |
| Mountain | Near the Desert biome — check the rim edges and the summit |
| Desert | Behind the Pyramid, the pond maze beneath it, the shores, and the Forest–Desert cliff line |
I run a Tree → Waterfall → Mountain → Desert loop on my Dragon. Whatever route you pick, learn the landmarks, because the Sell Shop and Track Shop anchor the two richest zones. And move fast: the moment you grab a Cherub Egg, an “Egg Will Break” countdown starts, and only your speed decides whether it reaches your nest.
My first run failed because I parked a Cherub Egg on my base plot while gathering the others. The ritual only accepts eggs placed directly into Heaven’s slots, and plot-placed Cherubs stay stuck there. Second, never sanctify before scouting your descent — the 30-second return timer starts the instant the Seraph Egg spawns, and I’ve watched players lose theirs mid-flight.
Finally, don’t panic if an attempt fails. Your Cherub Eggs still hatch normally into pets; they just can’t be sanctified once placed wrong. Keep a flying pet equipped in Heaven at all times, because falling off the platform without a mount wastes the entire setup.
Ride a Pet has exploded since launching in 2026, and the Heaven Update turned the Seraph Egg into the endgame target for every serious player. Its 3T base luck is the highest of any egg you can earn through gameplay, and it even out-rolls the premium Volcanic Egg — with 1M luck, my Seraph hatches displayed around 3.02 Qi versus 2.52 Qi on Volcanic.
The real prize, though, is the Seraphim’s 1T base speed. Nothing else on the current tier list comes close, and speed is the entire endgame here: faster mounts reach rarer eggs before the break timer wins.
| Egg | Base Luck | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Seraph Egg | 3T | Hatches the Seraphim (1T speed) |
| Volcanic Egg | 2.5T | Best non-ritual egg |
| Cherub Egg | 1T | The ritual ingredient |
| Blackhole Egg | 100B | Shares Cherub spawn points |
The Seraph Egg takes five days to hatch naturally, which feels brutal in a game that moves this fast. I speed things up with Hatch Keys, or pay the 900-currency instant hatch when I’m impatient. While it sits in your nest, buy Hatch Luck upgrades from your plot board and stack mutations on your pets — both compound your odds (see our mutations guide).
If you’re starting fresh, claim the Gift menu rewards for liking the game and joining the developer’s “this game is gud” Roblox group first, since free cash speeds up everything else. One thing you must understand: the Seraphim is not a guaranteed pull. Even with 1M luck, I’ve watched a Seraph Egg hatch a Rainbow Kitsune instead. The egg boosts Seraphim odds, but other rare pets can still come out, so treat every hatch as a bonus roll on the game’s best mount.
Equip any flying pet and fly straight up from the center of the Shops area until you pass through the cloud layer into Heaven. The platform with three egg slots marks the ritual spot.
They become unusable for the Heaven ritual, though you can still hatch them into pets. Always carry Cherubs straight to the Heaven platform instead.
No. The egg raises Seraphim odds, but it can hatch other rare pets. Stack Hatch Luck on your plot board before every hatch to improve your pulls.
No — Heaven floats far above the map, and no ground mount reaches that altitude. Any flier works, even the cheapest Phoenix.
Five days by default. Hatch Keys or the 900-currency instant hatch cut that wait down to seconds.
