Stitches looks like a pink, stitched plush bunny with striped ears, a light-blue ruffled collar, and a clown mask stitched over its face, complete with a red nose and teal diamond eyes. It headlines week three of the Halloween Event, which added a Manor, Hotel, Crypt, and Carnival to Adoption Island.
