Awakening your Stand in Bizarre Lineage is the most important mid-game upgrade you can make. It raises your Stand’s stat cap, unlocks your Ultimate move (H key), and makes a noticeable difference in both PvE raids and PvP fights. The process is split into two quests — one involves boss raids, the other is a serious grind. Here’s exactly what to do.

Note: Only certain Stands have an Awakening. Check the Bizarre Lineage tier list before grinding to make sure your Stand is eligible.

Pro tip: Deaths during raids still count — you only need to complete the raid, not survive it. No grade requirements apply. Track your progress under Missions → Stand Awakening.
This is the grind. World Events spawn roughly every 10–15 minutes at the Morioh train station near Bus Stop 1.
There are two event types:
Prioritize Deathmatch events. Once you hit 50 completions, return to the Self NPC to fully awaken your Stand.
Awakening is Stand-specific. If you switch to a different Stand, you’ll need to repeat the quest for that Stand — though some sources suggest only the final boss step is required for subsequent Stands.
