If you have just dropped into Morioh Cho for the first time, the controls are the first thing you need to nail down. Miss a Block or fumble your Evade at the wrong moment and you will be respawning before you understand what hit you. This guide covers every default keybind in Bizarre Lineage, what each one does, and which controls matter most for survival.
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| W / A / S / D | Movement |
| M1 | Basic Attack |
| M2 | Critical Attack |
| TAB | Summon Stand |
| E, R, Z, X, C, V | Stand Abilities |
| H | Stand Awakening / Ultimate |
| F | Block |
| G | Evade |
| Q | Dash |
| Left Ctrl | Slide |
| P | Pose |
| B | Mount |
| N | Navigation Highlight |
| 1 to 9 | Hotbar |
| ESC | Settings / Rebind Keys |
Pro Tip: You can rebind any key at any time via the in-game Settings menu. Press ESC during gameplay to access it.
Standard WASD movement applies here. What is unique is the N key β pressing it highlights enemies in red, key NPCs in purple, and bus stops in green. Since Morioh Cho is a large open-world map, N becomes your best friend for orientation and quest tracking.
Use bus stops scattered across the map to fast travel. Running everywhere works early on, but as objectives spread out, the bus saves massive time.
Your core combat loop revolves around these keys:
Block (F) and Evade (G) are your most important early-game survival tools. Get these into muscle memory before worrying about Stand combos. Most deaths in early PvP come from players who ignore these two keys.
Stand abilities vary by Stand type. As you raise your Conjuration level by defeating enemies and completing quests, new abilities unlock on each key slot. The higher-tier passives unlocked at later Conjuration levels dramatically improve your damage output.
Basic combo: M1 then M2 then a Stand Ability (E or R) is a reliable chain that works on most enemies early-game.
Survival loop: Keep F (Block) ready whenever an enemy winds up. Follow with G (Evade) to reposition, then re-engage with M1.
Stand Awakening (H): This unlocks after hitting Level 50 and completing the Awakening quest chain. It is a powerful mode that temporarily boosts your Stand’s stats β save it for Raid bosses or tough PvP encounters.
Mobile note: Bizarre Lineage is playable on mobile, but the touch-based control layout is not fully optimized yet. PC players hold a clear advantage in PvP. Mobile improvements are expected in future updates.
Press TAB to summon or dismiss your Stand. Once summoned, use E, R, Z, X, C, and V to activate its individual abilities.
Yes. Press ESC during gameplay to open the Settings menu, where you can reassign any key to a custom binding.
H activates Stand Awakening (Ultimate). This only becomes available after reaching Level 50 and completing the Stand Awakening quest chain.
Block (F) and Evade (G) are critical. Most new players skip these and get overwhelmed in combat. Master these two before focusing on ability combos.
Currently, Bizarre Lineage primarily supports keyboard and mouse on PC and touch controls on mobile. Dedicated controller support has not been officially confirmed as of March 2026.
