2D Tuesday is Adopt Me’s weekly one-hour event, and it runs three times every Tuesday: 12:00 AM, 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM PT. I log in, grab the free temporary 2D Kitty (2x Bucks and XP), finish its 20 needs, and earn a 2D Box with a shot at the permanent 2D Kitty or the new 2D Doggy. You get one box per account each week, so here’s the quick breakdown.

2D Tuesday Time Today (October 13)

Today follows the same three slots. Pick one. The event appears for anyone online, and once you claim your box it won’t return until next week. I converted Roblox’s official slots using current daylight-saving offsets.

How to Get Your 2D Box?

1. Join an Adopt Me server about 5 minutes early.
2. Claim the temporary 2D Kitty when the event starts. The 2x boosts apply immediately.
3. Keep it equipped and finish 20 needs (eat, drink, sleep, wash) before the hour ends.
4. Your 2D Box lands in your inventory automatically, and you can open it any time.

If the timer runs out before 20 needs, the Kitty disappears and you get no box.

2D Box Rewards and Drop Rates

The box gained seven new items on July 20, 2026, so any guide still quoting a 2% Kitty chance is outdated.

Together the two Legendary pets give you a 3% chance of a permanent pet per box. The 2D Kitty returned on December 16, 2025 as a weekly event reward, and the 2D Doggy joined it in July.

Pro Tips to Finish 20 Needs Fast

• Camp the Nursery. Food, water, beds and showers are all close together.
• Teleport, don’t walk. Use the map menu to save minutes.
• Never swap pets. Only the temporary Kitty’s needs count toward the box.
• Do the quick needs first. Eating, drinking and sleeping go faster than longer tasks.
