Want Cha Hae-In in Anime Zero? There’s only one route: farm the Evil Reflection raid on Nightmare difficulty, where her Solar Radiance weapon drops at a 2% rate and is guaranteed by the 35-clear pity counter. Once unlocked, she evolves into an S-tier sword with a duo ultimate alongside Sung Jinwoo β but the raid, her materials, and 8M Coins stand between you and that payoff.
I’ve done the full grind myself, so this guide walks you through every step: raid access, the best modifier cards, every evolution material, and whether she’s worth your gems in November 2026.

Evil Reflection is one of two new modes added in Update 4, the same patch that introduced Crimson Eclipse and Solar Radiance. You’ll find it in the raid menu from the lobby. Unlike Arsenal weapons, Solar Radiance never appears in spins β summon rolls don’t replace raid unlocks, so farming is the only way to get her. I’ve seen players burn thousands of Lucky Spins hoping for her and walk away with nothing, so skip the Arsenal entirely.
The raid offers Easy, Medium, Hard, and Nightmare. The Solar Radiance drop is tied to Nightmare clears: the Anime Zero wiki lists a 2% weapon drop per run, with a pity counter that guarantees her by 35 clears. Update 4’s patches already increased her drop chance and moved the guarantee earlier, so check the raid’s reward panel for the live numbers and keep an eye on your pity before committing to a long session.
Each run throws four enemy waves at you before the boss appears. The Evil Twin doesn’t stand still like most raid bosses β it blocks and dashes, so stop looping your rotation mindlessly. Save your burst for the recovery windows after its dashes, and clear the mobs it spawns before they pile up. Every skill and ultimate now grants i-frames throughout the cast, so dodge through attacks instead of kiting away from your damage window.
After every wave you choose one modifier card. These stack for the whole run, and the right picks roughly double your damage β my exact picks are ranked in the table below.
At 2% per clear, most players see the drop somewhere between 10 and 35 runs β a few hours of fast clears, not days. Don’t quit at the drop either, because the same raid also drops the Pure Sword Shards, Hunter’s Stars, and Pure Quills her evolution needs. Every run moves you forward either way.
| Card | Effect | Why I take it |
|---|---|---|
| Glass Cannon | +60% damage | First pick every run β biggest overall boost |
| Evil Twin | +50% damage vs bosses | Saves it for the boss fight, where clears are won |
| Sharper Edge | +35% damage | Strong fallback when the top two don’t appear |
Take Glass Cannon on wave one if it’s offered, stack Evil Twin for the boss, and fall back to Sharper Edge otherwise. During the boss fight, keep pressure on the main target and only break off to clean up spawned adds when they get dangerous.
Unlocking her is step one β evolution unlocks her ultimate and turns her into a true S-tier pick. Here’s everything I farmed for mine:
| Material | Amount | Where to farm |
|---|---|---|
| Fine Cloth | 40 | All story chapters / Infinite |
| Soul Fragment | 28 | Story Act 1 or Yugi’s shop (2/day) |
| Magic Pendant | 18 | Act 1 Nightmare or shop (1/day) |
| Forbidden Fruit | 10 | Act 3 Nightmare or shop (1/day) |
| Pure Sword Shards | 28 | Evil Reflection raid only |
| Hunter’s Stars | 17 | Evil Reflection raid only |
| Pure Quills | 9 | Evil Reflection raid only |
| Coins | 8,000,000 | Raids, milestones, codes |
| Gems | 15,000 | Nightmare Story, achievements, codes |
The three raid-only materials can’t be bought, so you’ll keep running Evil Reflection regardless. For everything else, I buy Yugi’s daily stock β Magic Pendant and Forbidden Fruit restock once per day, so start purchasing early. Drop rates for every item in the game are in my Anime Zero items list.
Yes β Solar Radiance sits in the S-tier of both major Update 4 tier lists, next to Crimson Eclipse, Ye-0, and Astral Blossom. Her kit has strong M1 range, a Z move with two extendable attack variations, and a C move that re-casts as a volley. After the Update 4 buffs, her ultimate triggers the Triple Ult, a serious nuke.
Her real draw is the duo ultimate with Shadow Monarch (Sung Jinwoo). To use it, you need a fully evolved Shadow Monarch β Monarch Path complete and his Igris upgrades progressed β equipped in your second slot. She’s not the highest raw DPS in the game, but the strong Solar Radiance title, follow-up attacks, and that special ult make her worth every run.
I made a few of these so you don’t have to. Farming Hard instead of Nightmare wastes whole sessions, because the Solar Radiance weapon only drops from the top difficulty. Not watching the pity counter in the raid reward panel is another β if you’re 30 clears deep, you’re closer than you think.
Don’t spend Gems on spins trying to pull her either; she can’t be summoned, so save that currency for the 15K evolution cost. During the boss fight, chasing spawned mobs instead of pressuring the Evil Twin slows every clear. And don’t skip Yugi’s daily stock β with one Magic Pendant and one Forbidden Fruit per day, waiting costs you evolution days.
No. Solar Radiance is a raid-only weapon and never appears in normal or Lucky Spins. Summon pity won’t help here β only Evil Reflection Nightmare clears count toward getting her.
Worst case, 35 Nightmare clears to hit the pity guarantee β a few hours with fast runs. Full evolution takes longer: raid materials keep dropping along the way, but the shop-bought Mythics need several days of daily purchases.
Yes. She’s S-tier after Update 4, with the Triple Ult nuke, long M1 range, and the duo ultimate with Shadow Monarch. She trades some raw DPS for versatility and that special synergy.
A fully evolved Shadow Monarch β Monarch Path complete with his Igris upgrades β equipped in your second weapon slot. Keep both weapons equipped as your active pair when the ult fires.
