Anime Mysterious traits are passive stat boosts you attach to a unit using Trait Rerolls in the Upgrades area. There are 18, and they change stats like attack, crit, range, skill cooldown and placement cost. Absolute Ego is the strongest at +200% attack, but it limits that unit to one placement per battle. What Traits Do?

• Skill-based unit: Aura Explosion. It’s the broader pick over Precision Shooter because it adds skill damage, cooldown and a big cost cut on top of range.
• Crit unit: Cross X is the no-downside option. Phantom Blade has bigger crit boosts but costs attack speed.
• Frontline: Eternal Guardian or Twin Stars. All Things How pairs both with Akazu and Qin.
• Fast attackers: Efficient King beats the single-stat Human AS.
• Beginners: Skilled is a safe, low-pressure pick while you learn the game.

Before you spend a reroll, check that the trait’s main boost matches the stat your unit depends on, then check the downside.
