You can launch Survive the Killer directly or enter through its portal inside The Hollow hub. In the lobby, click the Hollow icon at the bottom of your screen (just left of the backpack icon) to warp to the event area. Walk onto the stage and talk to the three NPCs: Siren Head, Malvus, and Rock-em’ Flotsam. Each one hands you a delivery quest. One catch many guides get wrong: the items spawn only on the Happy Neighborhood map (often mislabeled “Friendly Neighborhood”), so pick it every round.
Head to the concert stage near spawn and grab the Guitar sitting next to the stacks of hay. Then survive and escape the round — or let the killer catch you to warp straight back to the lobby. Hand the Guitar to Rock-em’ Flotsam afterward.
From the concert stage, look straight across the street and you’ll spot the red car. Jump into it to collect Siren Head’s Keys, finish the round, and give the Keys to Siren Head in the lobby.
Follow the road from the red car until you pass a blue car on your right; the blue house just past it is the one. Head upstairs and grab the Drumsticks beside the couch. Deliver them to Malvus to earn The Hollow Survive the Killer Badge.
The rule most players miss: you can carry only one quest item per round, so expect three rounds minimum — grab an item, finish the round, then turn it in before hunting the next.
With all three deliveries done, leave Survive the Killer and head back into The Hollow hub. Take the elevator up to Floor 7, work through the maze until you find the Survive the Killer area, and interact with the Killer’s Knife Aura floating above the pedestal inside the Secret Room. The UGC unlocks instantly. If you’ve explored Floor 7 for another event quest, the maze layout hasn’t changed.
