I ranked every class by boss damage, farming power, co-op value, and Core cost. Executioner, Priest, Gunsmith, Bounty Hunter, and Prospector take S tier, and each costs 30,000 Cores. If you’re short on Cores, Gunslinger and Bruiser (5,000 each) are the best budget picks.
| Tier | Classes |
|---|---|
| S | Executioner, Priest, Gunsmith, Bounty Hunter, Prospector |
| A | Demolitionist, Reaper, Gunslinger, Bruiser, Samurai, Crafter |
| B | Tank, Driller, Lucky Looter, Nightcrawler, Pirate, Goblin King |
| C | Miner, Recruit, Scout, Healer, Mechanic, Racer, Witch, Salvager, Princess |
I looked at starter gear, how well level bonuses scale, the Level 4 team bonus in co-op, and how useful each class is early and late. Classes that only shine in narrow situations rank lower.
| Class Tier | Cost |
|---|---|
| Tier 1 | 100 Cores |
| Tier 2 | 3,000 Cores |
| Tier 3 | 5,000 Cores |
| Tier 4 | 10,000 Cores |
| Tier 5 | 30,000 Cores |
Leveling a class costs no extra Cores.
| Class | Why It’s Great |
|---|---|
| Executioner | +200% Boss Damage, free Drill Upgrade on boss kills, bosses always drop Gems |
| Priest | 1% HP regen per second, instant ally revives. Best in co-op |
| Gunsmith | Crafts guns and ammo, piercing shots. Needs early ammo management |
| Bounty Hunter | +100% Bounty Coins, +50% Gun and Melee Damage |
| Prospector | Ores auto-smelt, veins drop 2+ items, chance for Pristine Gems |
| Class | Cost | Why It’s Strong |
|---|---|---|
| Gunslinger | 5,000 | +100% Gun Damage, enemy ammo drops |
| Bruiser | 5,000 | +100% Melee Damage, stacking hits |
| Demolitionist | 10,000 | +50% Explosive Damage, explosives cost half |
| Reaper | 10,000 | Soul Lantern AoE, HP grows with kills |
| Crafter | 10,000 | Cheaper crafting, Drill Boost upgrade |
| Samurai | 30,000 | +100% Melee Speed, 25% Crit Chance. Pricey for a pure DPS |
Tank (5,000) adds a Taunt Banner but has no offense. Driller (5,000) halves Drill upgrade costs, and that only helps while driving. Lucky Looter (10,000) boosts chest loot but depends on RNG. Nightcrawler (10,000) needs darkness. Pirate and Goblin King (30,000 each) are too expensive for what they return.
Miner and Recruit (100) are fine starters but fall off fast. Scout, Healer, Mechanic, Racer, and Witch (3,000) are too situational. Salvager and Princess (10,000) are outclassed by Prospector and Priest.
Pro tip: Rankings aren’t unanimous. Some guides rate Pirate, Goblin King, and Princess far higher for coin farming, and drop Priest to A. I kept them lower because they cost more and give less combat value.
Executioner is the best for bosses. Prospector and Bounty Hunter are the top picks for farming and rewards.
Gunslinger and Bruiser, both 5,000 Cores, are the best value before you can afford Tier 5.
