The best units in Anime Mysterious right now are Ryu, Yuto (Pure Love), Sukuno (Mohoraga), and JoGo (Six-Eye). Wool (Limit OFF) is the top support, and Spood (Yen) is the best farm unit. I compared three early tier lists and merged them by role. The game is new, so expect movement.
| Tier | Units |
|---|---|
| S | Ryu, Yuto (Pure Love), Sukuno (Mohoraga), JoGo (Six-Eye) |
| A | Bory (Awakened), Tojo (Awakened), Elforia (Awakening), Free, Fammy, Itacho (Susanoo) |
| Support | Wool (Limit OFF) |
| Economy | Spood (Yen), Bulme, School Girl |
| B | Tanzaburo, Yamacho, Last Heir (Awakened) |
I judged damage, utility, economy value, and how easy each unit is to get. Rarity alone doesn’t decide placement. Spood is only Epic, yet every list rates him highly because economy units lift your whole team.
Wool (Limit OFF) is the standout support. Stack Fracture with your attacks and he buffs your main damage dealers, and he works best with high-AOE units. Only Destructoid ranks him so far.
Spood (Yen), Bulme, and School Girl are your farm units. Bulme and School Girl add max Yen, which lets you deploy stronger units sooner.
Tanzaburo, Yamacho, and Last Heir (Awakened) are fine while you build your roster. Last Heir has weak DPS and harder EVO materials, so I wouldn’t invest in him.
Run Ryu, Sukuno, and JoGo together to farm Yuta, then add Wool to buff your damage. If you’re just starting, grab Barate or Sasuko (Epic DPS), Spood for farming, and Kizao or Tojo as your Legendary or Mythic damage.
I follow the stricter rating when a unit is unproven.
Grab free Gems first with the Anime Mysterious codes. You need level 5 to redeem them. For similar rosters, see my Anime tower defense tier lists.
Ryu, Yuto (Pure Love), and Sukuno (Mohoraga) rank S tier on every list I checked. Ryu is best for long matches.
Bory (Awakened) is the best beginner Mythic. Spood is the best early farm unit, and Barate or Sasuko are strong Epic damage picks.
Yes. He’s only Epic, but he is the best economy unit, and Pro Game Guides even puts him in S tier.
Yes. Pro Game Guides calls its ranking very early, so new units and balance patches will shift placements.
