Anime Piece has eight major bosses spread across West, Online, Sorcerers, Good House and Tremor Islands. Three of them β Broly, Kirito and Itadori β must be summoned through NPCs using materials from weaker mini-bosses, while the rest spawn on timers once you meet their level requirements. Most bosses drop a Teleport Crystal at 100% on top of gear like Bisento, Beast Armor and Robot Earrings. I’ve farmed every one of them since Update 1, and the tables below give you each location, HP pool, respawn time, summon requirement and drop rate.
| Boss | Location | HP | Respawn | How to Fight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Beast User (Broly) | West Island | 85,000 | β | Mad Chip + Mad Scientist |
| Dual Swordsman (Kirito) | Online Island | 75,000 | β | Dual Orb + Seraphina |
| Prodigy Student (Itadori) | Sorcerers Island | Unconfirmed | β | Prodigy Orb + Noko |
| Old Fighter (Roshi) | Good House Island | Unconfirmed | β | Walk-up spawn |
| Old White | Tremor Island | 80,000 | 30 min | Level 245+ + Log Pose |
| Light User | Tremor Island | 65,000 | 35 min | Level 245+ + Log Pose |
| Restricted Sorcerer | Sorcerers Island | 55,000 | 35 min | Walk-up spawn |
| Robot King | West Island | Unconfirmed | Short | Walk-up spawn |
Summon bosses follow one loop: farm a material from a specific enemy, then hand it to the right NPC. Emerald Swordsman and Panda drop their orbs at 10%, while Frieza’s Mad Chip drops at 20%, so expect 10β20 kills per item. Activate a 2x Drop boost first.
| Boss | Summon Item | Summon NPC | Key Drops |
|---|---|---|---|
| Beast User | Mad Chip (Frieza, 20%) | Mad Scientist, yellow lab, West Island | Beast Armor 10%, Armament Crystal 15%, Cursed Gem 10%, Beast Bracers 5% |
| Dual Swordsman | Dual Orb (Emerald Swordsman, 10%) | Seraphina, Online Island | Dual Essence 7%, Dual Cloak 6%, Mythical Fruit Chest 1% |
| Prodigy Student | Prodigy Orb (Panda, 10%) | Noko, running arena, Sorcerers Island | Curse Fang 15%, Red Uniform 10% |
Kirito hits hardest for his tier, so most players wait until level 235+. The Update 1 balance notes also list a “Vessel” boss at 65,000/65,000 HP β almost certainly Itadori, though his HP isn’t officially confirmed. Beast User’s transformed damage was buffed in the same patch, so bring Haki before facing his 85,000 HP.
Tremor Island hosts the endgame duo. Both bosses need level 245 and the Tremor Island Log Pose, which you purchase before sailing over, and the November 1 patch reduced chest rates, so treat Fruit Chests as a bonus.
| Boss | Respawn | Key Drops |
|---|---|---|
| Old White | 30 min | Bisento 10%, Old White Cape 10% |
| Light User | 35 min | Light Glasses 8%, Light Outfit 7% |
Restricted Sorcerer drops the Inverted Spear at just 1%, and defeating him unlocks the Mercenary race β beating Light User unlocks The Uncatchable race, a detail most boss guides skip. Old Fighter needs no summon, and his Magic Ball lands at 100%, fueling every Haki V2 and V3 upgrade (1 Magic Ball + 1 Armament Crystal each) and the Dual Sword craft (5 Magic Balls, plus 2 more for the Shadow Blade). Robot King’s Earrings drop at 15% and grant +55 Stamina and +7.5% Stamina Regeneration.
Rotate Higaro, Frieza and Robot King whenever a quest demands boss kills β all three die in seconds and respawn on short timers, and the v0.4 boss indicator marks them instantly. Chasing the Solo Hunter title? You need 150 bosses finished solo with 100% of the damage dealt, World Bosses don’t count, and v0.7 fixed its bugged tracking. If a boss vanishes mid-fight, record what happened and open a support ticket.
Beast User (Broly) at 85,000 HP, followed by Old White at 80,000.
Kill Frieza for a Mad Chip (20%), then use it at the Mad Scientist’s yellow lab on West Island.
They power fast travel between islands, and Broly, Old White, Light User and Old Fighter drop them at 100%.
Level 245 plus the Tremor Island Log Pose, for both Old White and Light User.
