Joyful Captain (Luffy) is the first Universal rarity unit. He has 26 forms and a 0.005% pull rate from the Universal Festival Banner using Universal Gems currency.
You need Level 50 and 100,000 Gold to create a Guild. Guilds hold up to 20 members and function like a Tycoon — members pool resources to upgrade the Guild Hall and unlock rooms with perks like Auto Level and Macro slots.
Dragon Warlord (Rage/Kaido), Gluttonous Warlord (Despair/Big Mom), and Joyful Captain (Luffy) are the standout units. Joyful Captain leads for raw power, while the two Warlords fill elite DPS roles.
Part 2 has no confirmed date yet. The developer is polling the community on the next theme. The Devil Within event remains active until Update 4.0 releases.
