While the game officially calls it an Update Party, the community uses “Admin Abuse” because that’s exactly what happens — admins abuse their powers in the best way possible. This event was introduced during the Frog Invasion Update and runs every Saturday as a pre-update celebration.
At the start and throughout the party, you’ll see:
Important: Badge progress and diamonds from days/Cultist Stronghold are disabled during the event. It’s purely about the free loot.
This Update Party has an extra layer — Daily Quests. Each day offers three quests at increasing difficulty (easy, medium, hard). Completing them earns additional diamonds and campfire upgrades on top of the standard Admin Abuse drops.
The first 10–15 minutes have the heaviest loot drops. Joining late means missing the peak spawns, so don’t snooze on this.
For more ways to earn free diamonds, check out our 99 Nights in the Forest codes guide and class tier list to spend them wisely.
Yes. “Update Party” is the official name; “Admin Abuse” is the community term. Both refer to the same pre-update event held every Saturday at 1 PM EST.
Absolutely. Every item — diamonds, Admin Axes, Ruby Chest loot — is permanently added to your inventory.
No, but having one ready can help avoid loading issues since thousands of players rush in at the same time.
Developers often release 99 Nights in the Forest codes during Update Parties, so keep an eye on the official Discord and redeem immediately.
You miss exclusive item spawns and developer interaction, but any week-long bonuses (if active) will still be available. Set a reminder so you don’t miss out again.
